My personal fascination with paper began a long time ago in my childhood, not just with paper and crayons but Origami! I was utterly fascinated with it. Paper planes flying across the room, it completely amazed me that one single piece of paper could so captivate and mesmerise! Now all these years later my fascination remains. Today even more so, now we have these intricate detailed works of art that are ‘sheets’ ahead of yesteryear. Still only one sheet of paper, but each designed and perfected to the minutest detail. Each being an enthralling and eye catching illustration that tells its very own story.
My fascination with paper combined with my Mother always impressing on me, “the best gifts are those with thoughts behind them”, led me to set up The Papercut Company.
